Beetroot rice

Beetroot – 1(half grated, another half chopped)
Onion – 1(finely chopped)
Tomato – 1
Green peas – 2 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon stick – 1
Garlic – 6
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Butter – 1tsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 2cups
Rice 1cup

Recipe no – 2

White karamani kuzhi paniyaram
Coconut chutney

White karamani kuzhi paniyaram

White karamani – 1cup(soaked tonight)
Onion – 1(finely chopped)
Carrot – 1(finely chopped)
Green chilli – 2
Ginger – a piece(finely chopped)
Red chilli – 2
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Water as required
Oil as required

Coconut chutney

Coconut – half coconut
Roasted split gram – 3 tsp
Green chilli – 1
Salt as required
Water as required

Recipe no – 3

Rasam rice and Cabbage carrot curry

Rasam

Tomato – 2
Garlic – 5
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper – 7
Grind it all those mentioned one

For rasam powder

Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Toor dal – 2tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2tsp
Pepper – 6
Green chilli – 1
Cumin seeds – 1

Tamarind water
Ghee as required

Cabbage carrot curry

Oil – 1tsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Red chilli – 2
Cabbage – 200grams
Carrot – 200 grams
Moong dal – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as required

Coconut milk panner rice

Rice – 1cup
Panner – 50grams
Coconut milk – 2cups
Onion – 1
Beans – 100 grms
Carrot – 100 grms
Green chilli – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Cashew – 7

Lemon rice

Ginger – a piece(grated)
Groundnut – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
Fenugreek powder – a pinch
Asafoetida – a pinch
Boiled rice as required
Lemon juice as required
Salt as required

Ladyfinger curry

Oil – 1tsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Ladyfinger – 200 grms
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
