🥦5 SHEET PAN DINNERS | Healthy Recipes with TONS of Veggies, too!!!

Yeeeesssss! I’m so excited to finally share with you my 5 SHEET PAN DINNERS on YouTube! I’ve shared several of these on Instagram, but now here’s my brand new 5 Sheet Pan Dinners video with healthy recipes that have TONS of veggies, too!

We’re having chicken sheet pan dinners, pork sheet pan dinners, steak sheet pan dinners, bratwurst sheet pan dinner, and yet another easy sheet pan dinner with chicken!!

Here are all the Sheet Pan Dinners and Sheet Pan Dinner Recipes:

SHEET PAN DINNER NUMBER ONE

Roasted Chicken Legs & Red Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe

*Preheat oven to 450
*8 lbs Chicken Legs
*5 lbs Red Potatoes, cubed
*1/4 cup Olive Oil
* Salt/Pepper (sprinkle per personal preference)

Place your chicken legs on one side of the sheet pan. Roll your sliced red potatoes in the 1/4 cup olive oil then place those on the other side of the sheet pan. This sheet pan dinner recipe makes two LARGE sheet pans. Bake both sheet pan dinners in the preheated oven at 450 for 40 minutes. 2nd lower sheet pan dinner will most likely need to be brought up to top rack for an additional 10 minutes after the first pan is complete. *Always make sure your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165!

SHEET PAN DINNER NUMBER TWO

Garlic Steak & Veggies Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe

*Preheat oven to 425

*4lbs Steak Cuts (I used Eye of Round…the only steak cuts available that week at Aldi)
*4 (8 oz) packs of Sugar Snap Peas
*1lbs of Asparagus
*4 Green Onions
*1/4 cup Olive Oil (to roll veggies in)
*3 TBS minced Garlic
*1 TBS Garlic Powder

*1/4 cup Olive Oil (to roll steaks in)
*2 TBS minced garlic

In large bowl place 1/4 cup of olive oil, 3 TBS minced garlic, 1 TBS garlic powder, and roll Sugar Snap Peas, Asparagus, and chopped green onions.

In another bowl add 1/4 olive oil, 2 TBS minced garlic, and dip each steak individually before placing on two large sheet pans. Spread vegetables out around steaks. Bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes, until your steak reaches your desired doneness 🙂

SHEET PAN DINNER NUMBER THREE

Pork, Roasted Cauliflower, and Petie Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe

*Preheat oven to 400
*4lbs Pork Chops, thinly sliced
*1 chopped head of Cauliflower
*4 (12 oz) bags of Petie Potatoes (you can, of course, use any potatoes 🙂
*1/4 cup olive oil
*1 TBS garlic powder
*salt/pepper per preference

*Spray each sheet pan with non-stick spray. Spread pork slices around the two large sheet pans. Roll chopped cauliflower and petite potatoes in a bowl with 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 TBS garlic powder. Place cauliflower and potatoes in-between the pork slices. Sprinkle both pans with salt/pepper per personal preference.

Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, Check for an internal temperature of 145 degrees, followed by a 3-minute rest per National Pork Board.

SHEET PAN DINNER NUMBER FOUR

Bratwurst & Broccoli Sheet Pan Dinners

(AND YES, I call Bratwursts BRATS not “Brots,” sorry! 🙂

*Preheat Oven to 400
*4lbs Bratwursts
*4lbs fresh broccoli, chopped
*1lb colorful Mini Peppers, sliced
*1 large purple onion, chopped
*1/4 cup Olive Oil
*1 TBS Garlic Powder
*1 TBS Paprika
*1 TBS Oregano

*Spray sheet pans with non-stick cooking spray. Spread meat over the two large sheet pans. In a large bowl mix 1/4 cup olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano, and roll all chopped and sliced veggies. Bake for 40 minutes at 400.

SHEET PAN DINNER NUMBER FIVE

Lemon Pepper Drumsticks with Roasted Brussel Sprouts Sheet Pan Dinners

*Preheat oven to 450
*8lbs chicken legs (bone-in weight)
*4 (1lb) bags of Brussel Sprouts
*4 Green Onions
*3 Lemons
*1 TBS Lemon Pepper Seasoning
*1/4 cup Avocado Oil

*In a large bowl place 1 TBS Lemon Pepper Seasoning, squeeze in juices from 1 whole lemon, and 1/4 cup Avocado Oil. Roll 4 lbs of Brussel sprouts and 4 chopped green onions in oil mix and place on two large sheet pans. Spread out chicken legs over the two large sheet pans as well. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over chicken legs and top with lemon slices. Bake at 450 for 40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp a 165!
