• 3 Tbsp. Oat Flakes

• ½ Cup Raspberries
• 1 Tbsp. Flaxseed
• 250ml (8.5fl oz) Water with 1 Squeezed Lemon

• A Handful of Frozen Strawberries
• 250ml (8.5fl oz) Water with 1 Squeezed Orange
