Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Dried parsley 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Chicken fillets 2
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Dressing:
-Dahi (Yogurt) strained ½ Cup
-Mustard paste 2 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tsp
-Black olive finely chopped 2 tbs
-Parmesan cheese 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Assembling:
-Ice berg
-Salad dressing
-Toasted whole wheat bread cubes
-Cooked chicken

Directions:
-In bowl,add paprika powder,dried parsley,salt,black pepper powder,mustard paste,garlic,lemon juice and mix well.
-Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-Grease grill pan with olive oil and grill marinated chicken fillets from both sides until done and basting with remaining marinade.
-Cut chicken fillets into desired shapes.
For Dressing:
-In bowl,add yogurt,mustard paste,lemon juice,black pepper powder,garlic,black olives,parmesan cheese,salt and olive oil,whisk well & set aside.
-In serving bowl,add ice berg,salad dressing and give it a good mix.
-Add toasted whole wheat bread cubes and cooked chicken,mix well & serve.

-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Grill pan ko olive oil sa grease karein aur marinated chicken fillets ko dono sides sa grill ker lein aur remaining marinade bhi laga lein.
-Chicken fillets ko desired shape mein cut ker lein.
For Dressing:
-Bowl mein dahi,mustard paste,lemon juice,kali mirch powder,lehsan,black olives,parmesan cheese, namak aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Serving bowl mein ice berg aur salad dressing dal ker mix karein.
-Whole wheat bread cubes aur cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & serve karein.
