Healthy breakfast idea sugar free

One of our favorite breakfast. Easy to make taste amazing and you can make it fast!

3 eggs separated.
Egg yolks mixed with 3 tbps maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla flavor.
Beat up the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Add 1/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup tapioca starch
Gently fold and mix all this together. Add the fruits to the top. Bake for 350 for about 20 minutes. Check it frequently burns fast! Check with a toothpick if it comes out clean it’s ready. My favorite fruit is strawberry and plums 🙂
