Healthy Breakfast Idea

Sausage & Turkey Quiche

What you need:
4 slices of Turkey Bacon
1 Chicken Sausage
4 whole eggs
1.5-2 cups egg whites
Bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, spinach, zucchini and asparagus
1 small sweet potato
Pepper, garlic powder, sea salt, 1 tbsp of flour

Preheat oven to 325. Chop up and/or grate all veggies. Put in bowl and mix well. Put into a pan lined with parchment paper. In separate bowl whisk together, eggs, whites, seasonings and flour. Pour into pan with veggies. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
