In this Fitness Friday video I am going to show you this yummy breakfast frittata recipe that I made for my family. We were able to eat these all week instead of sugary cereal. The recipe is super easy and simple, and from prep to finish it takes less than an hour to complete.
What you will need:
Diced vegetables (Your choice)
Breakfast meat (optional)
Seasoning (your choice)
The vegetables I chose were green and red peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic. The seasoning I used was cilantro, basil, salt, and pepper. I also used smoked turkey sausage for my meet.
