Healthy Breakfast- Semolina Khichri- Shoojir Khichuri

Breakfast recipe/ Lunch Box Special Semolina Khichri- Shoojir Khichri White oil – 2 tbsp (for frying vegetables) Pointed gourd- 4 + 2 medium potato- pieces (fry with ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp salt) During winter, you can us carrot, beans, cauliflower 1 tbsp white oil for cooking ¼ tsp whole cumin seeds, 1 whole dry red chili, 3-4 bay leaves Ginger paste- 1 tsp 1 tsp cumin powder+ ½ tsp turmeric powder+ little water= make a paste ½ tsp salt Keep stirring on medium flame Moth beans/ dry roasted moong daal- 100g Semolina/shooji – 200g Mix all together & fry well Give fried vegetables 1 green chili 4 cup water for pressure cook (put the fried semolina mixture in this cooker ) add 1 tsp sugar boil with 1 whistle on medium flame Off the gas Open the lid of cooker ¼ tsp hot spices powder (2 green cardamoms, 2 cloves, 1 stick cinnamon) 1 tsp Ghee If you like this recipe, please share and comment and subscribe my channel
