Hello all , I thought i will share a healthy food tip with you , This is a very old tip and has been followed traditionally since generations ,

Contents
1. Take some rice and keep it over night ( keeping it overnight increases the iron content)
2. Curd – kept overnight
3. Sprouts – Rich in Proteins
4. Fruits – Essential vitamins ( add fruits to increase taste)

Mix curd and rice and add fruits to improve taste . Two table spoon sprouts give enough proteins for the day .

Regular breakfast can follow .
