Vendhaya keera vathakuzhambu :

Ingredients:

Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 medium
Garlic – 3 to 4 pieces
Methi leaves – as required
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Tamarind water – 200 ml
Water – as required
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Sambhar powder – 3 tsp
Salt – as required

For salad :

Sprouts – as required
Onion – 1 medium
Carrot – some grated
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as required
