If you have a hard time getting your kids to eat healthy food for school lunches or snacks, this tip might help. When you have to compete in the world of Lunchables yet you want your kids to eat well or if you have food allergies and have to make them homemade food, it’s hard! But in this replay of a Facebook Live I did I share a few things I do to help make this much easier.
My kids have to be gluten-free because we are all Celiac, so I know what it’s like. Make food fun for your kids and you will have much better luck getting them to eat healthy!
