MY EASY HEALTHY DINNER RECIPE | Steamed Fish 🐠

Hello my subbies!

I’m bacckkk with a cooking video because you guys seem to enjoy watching me cook 🤔 (definitely did not see that coming).

So tonight I’m making dinner, chicken and rice for the bae, fish for me and lastly vegetables to share.

Ingredients:
– Fish
– Chicken drumsticks/thigh
– Lettuce (I used 2 whole ones)
– Ginger
– Garlic
– Chilli Flakes
– Black Pepper
– Dried Shrimp

Chicken Marinade For Bae
– Low Sodium Soy Sauce
– Low Sodium Oyster Sauce
– Pepper
– Garlic
– Ginger
– Chilli Flakes
– Sesame Oil
Cook on high heat then pour in some water and cook off in med-low heat

Steamed Fish
– Fish
– Chilli Flakes
– Black Pepper
– Ginger
– Garlic
De-gut and clean the fish, lay and stuff with ginger/garlic slices
Steam for approximately 15 mins on med-low heat (highly dependent on the size of your fish!! So watch it)

Sautéed Lettuce (Chinese Style)
– Lettuce (I used 2 whole ones)
– Ginger
– Garlic
– Chilli Flakes
– Black Pepper
– Dried Shrimp
Lightly brown the garlic and ginger, then pour in the dried shrimp (along with the liquid), cook off for a minute then add in the lettuce!
Season to your taste!
