Chef Ryan here LOL. I was in a cooking mood and decided last minute to vlog myself making one of our family’s favorite dish to eat at home. Best part… it’s healthy, simple and cheap even to make. You cant go wrong with a stir fry, throw in your favorite veggies and cook your protein separate. We use tofu to be heart health conscious and my favorite part is that its way less costly then your average red meat or poultry at the butcher shop. The only thing that I have yet discovered a way to make healthier is avoiding pan frying the tofu in oil. Granted, I used a very thin coating of cholesterol free vegetable oil, it is still better to skip it period which is why I used only water when it came to my vegetables.
