Shakshuka – World's Best Healthy Breakfast

On this episode of Bachelor on a Budget, I make Shakshuka. A healthy spicy tomato and poached eggs based dish. Super simple, super tasty, and super affordable. I vote it the World Best Healthy Breakfast. And it’s also great egg dish for dinner! Subscribe:

Ingredients: 2-3 Servings ($2 each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (Chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced
2-3 cups tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 Bell Pepper (Chopped, Oops forgot)
2 tbsp tomato paste (Optional, for thicker sauce) 1/2 tsp Tumeric 1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cayenne
Pinch of sugar (optional, to taste)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4-6 eggs
1 tbsp fresh chopped Cilatro parsley (optional, for garnish)
1 tbsp Feta (Optional, Crumbled for garnish)

Sometimes Shakshuka is spelled as Shakshuka, or Chakchouka
